Judge Randy Hill – Randy Hill has served as Clark County District Court Judge since January 1999.  After graduating from Malvern High School , he attended Ouachita Baptist University  and graduated in 1981. He then went on to pursue his legal career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock law school. He graduated from there  in 1984. He has been a practicing attorney in Arkadelphia for 25 years. He also owns and operates Clark County Abstract and Title Company in Arkadelphia and Hot Spring County Title in Malvern.

 

 

 

 

 

Darlene Fendley – Darlene has served as a deputy clerk since July 2006. She is primarily responsible for the suspension and release of driver’s license. She can answer any general question you may have about the court.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Laketa Gutierrez – Laketa has served as a deputy clerk since August 2008. She is responsible for keeping up with all restitution payments.

 

 

 

 

 

Sue Daniel – Sue has served as the receptionist since April 2010. She will be the first person you see when you arrive at court. She can answer general questions about court procedure.

Lynn Stephenson - Lynn is the civil and small claims clerk here at the District Court. Lynn joined our team on July 1, 2010. She can answer any questions you may have about filing a small or civil action.

Staci Huber – Staci has served as the chief clerk since June 2009. Among other general tasks, she is primarily responsible for preparing the court docket each week. She can asnwer general questions about court procedures and any questions about your upcoming court date.
